Risk Assessment Check list
·     Overcrowding of room
·     Thieving of gaming equipment
·     Thieving of money
·     Thieving of refreshments
·     If the console stops working
·     If arguments occur about who wins the match
·     Disputes about the winning prize
·     Clashing date of event with other groups
·     People hurting their eyes
·     Muscle straining – playing games for long
·     Possible fire can occur, if refreshments spill onto console

Have a limit on the amount of people that can be allowed in the room
Thieving of gaming equipment
Keep game securely kept away and have group members watching closely
Thieving of money
Keep money securely kept away and have group members watching closely
Console stops working

 Check that the console is working properly before the event begins
If arguments occur about who wins the match

Referee will decide who wins the match
Disputes about the winning prize

Ensure that the players read the terms and conditions and must agree to them before they play
Clashing date of event with other groups

Take a note of what days and times other groups are doing their event and find best time
Fire can occur, if refreshments spill onto console

Ensure that refreshments are far away from console
Muscle straining if playing for too long

If the player asks, give them a break if they wish
Hurting of players eyes
If the player does suffer from this risk, they are entitled to a break if they wish
